This Refund Policy applies to one-time purchases of lifetime access for Duojar. Please read it carefully before completing a purchase.
1. 7-Day Free Trial
Every new user receives a 7-day free trial with full access to our premium features at no charge. During this period, you can explore the Service and decide whether lifetime access is right for you before any payment is required.
No payment details are required to start your trial. If you choose not to purchase, you do not need to take any action — premium access simply ends when the 7-day trial period expires.
2. One-Time Payment for Lifetime Access
After your free trial, you may purchase lifetime accesswith a one-time payment. There are no recurring subscriptions at this time. Once your payment is confirmed, lifetime access remains tied to your account for as long as the Service is offered, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
If our pricing model changes in the future (for example, if we introduce subscriptions), we will update this page and our other policy pages to reflect the new terms.
3. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds
Because a 7-day free trial is provided to every user before any charge is made, all one-time lifetime access payments are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds or credits for accidental purchases, change of mind, unused access, or account closure after payment has been processed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had adequate opportunity to evaluate the Service during your free trial and agree to this no-refund policy.
4. Billing Errors and Unauthorized Charges
If you believe you were charged in error or without authorization, contact us at hello@duojar.com within 14 days of the charge with your account email and transaction details. We will review legitimate billing errors and unauthorized transactions in good faith. This review process does not constitute a general refund policy and does not apply to dissatisfaction with the Service after your free trial and a completed purchase.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Refund requests made directly to Razorpay or your bank without first contacting Duojar may not be honored if they fall outside the scope of this policy. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may result in account suspension and revocation of lifetime access.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time, including if we change our pricing model. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of paid features after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
